VMW and Gulf War Veteran Partner for his "Trek for Hope" Set to Take it to the Streets

Veterans of Modern Warfare and Gulf War Veteran, Chris Williams has teamed up with Matt Parrish's "Trek for Hope" which directly suports the Special Operations Warrior Foundation's and will raise awareness and funds for our fallen Warriors. Gulf War Veteran Chris Williams is using his M996 Humvee to provide support, shelter and security for Matt Parrish as he walks from Tampa to Los Angeles and back to raise funds and promote the mission of the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and Veterans of Modern Warfare. SOWF provides immediate benefits to the families and also a full college education to the children of our fallen Warriors.

humveeTFHSOWF.JPGThis is your opportunity to help those “quiet professionals”. We are looking for sponsors for fuel and other items. The Humvee will feature the SOWF and VMW logos which will heighten the awareness of our wounded and fallen Veterans, raise funds to assist them and their families, and be seen by thousands of passing motorists and millions on national TV. You can follow our daily progress on Facebook at Trek for Hope and Trek for Hope Desert Warrior and his blog below.  This will take at least 8 months to walk across the U.S. and then back down to Tampa. Chris has also included a place on the Humvee for " IN MEMORY OF " names of your loved ones. Contact him at the email address below for details. After the "TREK", the Humvee will be available for display at events and for support of other missions.
