Membership to VMW is open to current Active Duty Service Members, National Guard, Reserve and any Veteran of the United States Armed Forces who has served since August 2, 1990 - the time of the Persian Gulf War that ushered in a new era of modern warfare - through the present, including the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Our associate organization, Advocates Veterans of Modern Warfare (AVMW) welcomes family, friends and all supporters of our modern Veterans to join our efforts and work side-by-side with us on our journey to get "all the way back home".

VMW is working to provide you with the most up-to-date information about our organization and our chapters being formed across the country.
